Returns and Exchanges

Ecoalice has a strict process of checking all preloved clothes we source very carefully and we will not sell any item that has not passed this process.

Items are listed with a detailed description including sizing, measurements and condition. Most items will be preloved and described as excellent to very good condition. Many items will have signs of gentle wear as expected for preloved clothes. Some items will be new and will be listed as such with original tags attached. Please read the item description carefully as we don’t offer an exchange or refund for change of mind.

Please email ecoalice at info@ecoalice.com.au as soon as possible after you’ve received your item if you’re concerned with its condition.

Ecoalice will exchange an item with another item the same value or refund your purchase if you receive an item with major flaws or is not as described in the listing on our website. The return must be lodged and return tracking number provided within 7 days of receipt of your item.

Refunds will be made within 7 days of the items being received by ecoalice via the payment method used for purchase. 

Lodge an exchange or return by emailing info@ecoalice.com.au and providing as much detail as you can regarding the item. Ecoalice will then respond with information outlining how to proceed.

We reserve the right to change this return policy at any time in line with consumer law.
